The Economic Development & Industrial Corporation of Lynn (EDIC/Lynn) respects your privacy. This notice explains what information this website collects, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site, such as our project inquiry form, we collect the information you choose to share, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company and details about your project. We use it only to respond to you and to help with your business or development plans, for example by connecting you with sites, financing, incentives or partner organizations.
We do not sell your information. We may share it with a partner organization, such as SCORE or Northeast Legal Aid, only when you ask us to connect you with them or it is needed to respond to your request.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site and the general region they visit from. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser type and approximate location. It does not tell us your name or identify you personally. Loan applications
Loan applications are accepted in person only, at Lynn City Hall, Room 407, and are not collected through this website. Please do not send Social Security numbers or financial documents through our online forms or by email.

EDIC/Lynn is a public agency. Some information you provide to us may be subject to the Massachusetts Public Records Law.
