LYNN -- The owners of the popular Pho Lynn restaurant at 18-22 Munroe St. are celebrating a milestone this week — three years since they opened for business in downtown Lynn.

The Vietnamese-cuisine restaurant has attracted a steadily growing number of patrons, drawn by the fresh ingredients, authentic dishes, moderate prices and absence of chemical preservatives often found in Asian foods.

“We have new and better noodles than before,” said Kim Le, a connoisseur of rice noodles, and the mastermind behind the quality menu.

Le owns and operates the restaurant with her husband, Tam Le, and daughter Thuy Diem Le, all Lynn residents. “And we have good pad Thai,” she said.

Many of the regular patrons during the week work in the downtown business but on weekends they tend to come from surPho Lynn is open Monday through Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 9:30p.m. For more information, call (781) 581-8303.
