LYNN -- The owners of the popular
Pho Lynn restaurant at 18-22 Munroe St. are celebrating
a milestone this week — three
years since they opened for business in downtown Lynn.
The Vietnamese-cuisine restaurant has attracted a steadily
growing number of patrons, drawn by the fresh ingredients,
authentic dishes, moderate prices and absence of chemical
preservatives often found in Asian foods.
Pho Lynn restaurant, near the corner of Market Street,
offers a variety of Vietnamese noodle soups, as well as
pork, beef and shrimp selections on the menu.
“We have new and better noodles than before,” said
Kim Le, a connoisseur of rice noodles, and the mastermind
behind the quality menu.
Le owns and operates the restaurant
with her husband, Tam Le, and daughter Thuy Diem Le,
all Lynn residents. “And
we have good pad Thai,” she said.
Many of the regular patrons during the week work in the
downtown business but on weekends they tend to come from
